Kundalini Yoga and Meditation

These classes are a dynamic blend of  warm-up movements, kriya (set of postures), pranayam (breathwork), mantra, meditation and gong relaxation, which teach you the art of relaxation, self-healing and elevation. Balancing body and mind enables you to experience the clarity and beauty of your soul. 

No previous experience in yoga is required for you to achieve results with your very first class.

Kundalini Meditation & Extended Gong

This practice begins with warm-ups to open and loosen your spine and hips particularly. Then experience 11-31 minutes of Kundalini Yoga meditation to clear the subconscious mind, enhance intuition, manage stress, and connect you with your inner essence. Kundalini Yoga meditations often include pranayam (patterns of breath), mantra (chants both out loud and silently), dristi (focused gaze), mudras (hand and finger positions) and bandhas (contraction of certain muscles). Following the meditation, surrender into an extended gong savasana (relaxation). You will be guided and prepared to deeply relax and receive the healing energies of the gong. 

All levels are welcome. Chairs and multiple meditation cushions are available.
